Mr.Zhao joined HC360.com in 1999 and has over 10 years research management experiences in IT and Telecom industries,and specialize in stratege and management. Mr.Zhao had successively served as Research manager,General Manager of IT Research Division,etc. Mr.Zhao became Vice-President of company and the President of HC Institute in 2008 in charge of research business.

Mr.Zhao graduated from Inner Monglia Finance and Economics Colledge and major in economics management. He also attended the Business Administration Course for Senior Management of Modern Enterprises conducted by Guanghua Business School of Peking University in 2002.
